Approximate number of holders of record as of the certification or notice date: None

Prior to December 9, 2019, the registrants were voluntary filers pursuant to a contractual obligation under the indenture governing the 512% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “Notes”) to file annual, quarterly and other periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. On December 9, 2019, the registrants redeemed the entire principal amount of the outstanding Notes, effectively terminating the indenture and the registrants’ contractual reporting obligations.
